Director and Board
THE REV. JENNIFER GREGG is the Center’s Director. A graduate of Berkeley Divinity School at Yale University, Jenny has considerable experience working with teens and young adults. One of Jenny’s particular callings is assisting others in finding and fulfilling their passions in a shared quest toward servant leadership.
THE REV. DR. HANNAH ANDERSON is Rector of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, Pittsfield, MA. Prior to her arrival in Pittsfield, she served in the Diocese of New York providing consultation to churches around the diocese. Her ministry has been consistently shaped and informed by the model of servant leadership introduced to her at Church of the Saviour in Washington, DC some twenty years ago. In addition, Hannah is an artist priest, and founder of The Blessing Cup non-profit that sells paintings, note cards, blessing cups and fabric blessing bags with the intention of employment for women in transition. As an artist priest she works to blend the creative process with parish life. Her recent thesis focuses on the development of adaptive, creative leadership in the wider Church.
JIM BRENNAN is the senior warden at St. Stephen’s. He is a physical therapist/medical anthropologist teaching at The Sage Colleges, Troy New York and lives in Pittsfield.
LEE CHEEK is a member of St. James Episcopal Church in Great Barrington, MA, where she currently serves as clerk of the vestry and sings in the choir. She is a local mentor of Education for Ministry, or EfM, a 4 year seminary-at-a-distance program from the University of the South School of Theology. A licensed massage therapist since 1987, she has been a student of varied approaches to body mindfulness for over two decades. Her interests are gardening and the writings of Rene Girard.
THE REV. EDWARD “ED” A. KING is Rector of St. John’s Episcopal Church, North Adams. He has served in the Diocese of Western Massachusetts since 1999. In the Diocese of Michigan where he was ordained in 1979, he served on the board of directors and was a faculty member of the Robert Whitaker School of Theology, a diocesan school with a mission similar to that of the Servant Leadership School of the Berkshires.
